G.L.A.M. June 28, 2012 Event

Come out and support one of the DMV’s most important charitable events of the year. G.L.A.M. is hosting a runway show and boutique sale on Thursday, June 28, 2012, from 7-9PM. The event will be held at the Hillyer Art Space located at 9 Hillyer Court, NW, Washington, DC. This is where we had our inaugural swap!

G.L.A.M. – Giving Labels A Meaning, produces exciting fashion events throughout the year that benefit children in need. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children. The National CASA Association is a network of 955 programs that recruit, train, and support volunteers who represent the best interests of abused and neglected children in the courtroom and other settings.

This is your chance to pay it forward, network with fashionistas, and support local foster youth, in a fun environment. In addition to being treated to a fabulous runway show, you will have an opportunity to shop some of your favorite local establishments such as the Violet Boutique, Stella & Dot, Total Wine, & La Petite Marmoset to name a few.
